All is well, says board member

PORVORIM: A board member of Sanjay Centre for Special Education has dismissed allegations against the teachers and management. "In fact, the Parents Teachers Association chairman sent a letter of appreciation to Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar about the functioning of the school," said the board member.

“In fact, the Parents Teachers Association chairman sent a letter of appreciation to Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar about the functioning of the school,” said the board member.
“The school has a well-equipped physiotherapy unit with a well-qualified physiotherapist. Further, students have been provided with yoga and karate teachers. The school has procured new group hearing system for hearing impaired students,”
Commenting on the appointment of the headmaster, the board member said the management had followed procedures of the Education department and the Rehabilitation Centre of India (RCI).
“Teachers have been advised to visit the residences of students and get acquainted with the difficulties faced by the students and the parents at home. The school was not registered with RCI, but the management has started the process of registration the school with RCL,” added the board member
