MAPUSA: Anjuna Police on Monday booked one Oberoi D’Cruz (36) resident of Igrozwado for allegedly attempting to murder one Namdev Valavalkar(46), resident of Mazalwaddo, Anjuna by stabbing him with a sharp weapon, suspected to be a knife.
According to Anjuna Police, the incident occurred on Sunday at around 12.20 pm when the victim and accused met near a local restaurant and got into an argument.
After the attack, the accused escaped from the spot while the condition of the victim, who is presently undergoing treatment is stable.
Anjuna Police are investigating the case.
