MARGAO: Sao Jose de Areal resident Menino Santana Fernandes has lamented that the authorities have failed to implement an order issued in February 2017 to cut three trees posing danger to his house.
He said Santosh Ramdas Gaonkar, whose trees are hanging over his house, appealed before the High Court against the order pronounced by the Conservator of Forest directing him to trim/cut/ maintain the three coconut trees but no interim relief was granted.
