Deputy town planner Prakash Bandodkar and contractor cum builder Vishwas Desai who were arrested in connection with the case, have been remanded to 14-days judicial custody by judicial magistrate Monday.
Goa Police has registered an FIR against several persons including government officers who were allegedly involved in clearing this controversial five-storey project comprising 80 flats.
