In a unanimous decision, five members of the Betki–Khandola Panchayat have passed a no-confidence motion (5–0) against Sarpanch Vishant Naik and Deputy Sarpanch Sanjivani Talekar.
The motion, moved during a Panchayat meeting, reflects growing dissatisfaction among members over the leadership of the two office-bearers. With the motion carried unanimously, both positions now stand effectively dislodged, paving the way for further administrative procedures to appoint new leadership.
