1. Detention of Luthra brothers in Thailand
Soon after the tragedy, owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra fled India and travelled to Thailand.
According to information received through agencies, both brothers have now been detained in Thailand.
The official process to bring them back to India is currently underway.
2. Arrest of partner Ajay Gupta
Ajay Gupta, one of the partners of the establishment, was arrested in Delhi and brought to Goa last night.
He was produced before the Hon’ble Court today and has been remanded to 7 days’ Police Custody for further investigation.
3. Anticipatory bail rejected for Luthra brothers
The Rohini Court in Delhi has rejected the anticipatory bail plea filed by Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra.
Goa Police, through its legal team, strongly opposed the application.
4. Handing over of victims’ bodies
