PANJIM: Questioning the credibility in Goa Forward Party’s (GFP) withdrawal from the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant on Wednesday said it was the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) that had removed GFP first as an alliance partner and thus the recent move doesn’t matter.
Responding to queries from media persons on Wednesday, Sawant said it didn’t matter as they were not part of it anyways (in essence). “When we (BJP government) had removed them, I don’t know why they remained (as a NDA member) till now,” he added.
