BJP to work out roadmap for 2012 polls

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) think tank today decided to work out a comprehensive roadmap eyeing for 2012 Goa polls.
“In next 15 days, we will decide the roadmap for next elections,” BJP President Laxmikant Parsekar told reporters today afternoon.
The state executive committee which met today decided to come out with a plan of reaching to a maximum number of electorate, including minorities.
“Congress has pictured us as an anti-minority party. But recently the perception of these communities has changed. There are members of minorities, who have taken up membership with BJP. By 2012 polls we will cover the entire minority section,” Parsekar said. Parsekar believes that the anti-government sentiments, prevailing in the state would work in favour of the BJP.
When asked, president said that BJP will be more aggressive in the coming days. “In the coming assembly session (July) we will have an opportunity of exposing the State Government on the floor of the House for nearly 15 days,” Parsekar said.
He said that during 15-day long session, 70 to 80 questions would be raised and debated, which means that the state government would be exposed at all these instances.
The state executive meeting, which started today morning, went on till evening passing political and economic resolutions.
