Breaking: Goa HSSC Results 2026 to Be Declared on March 21 at 5 PM

The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has announced that the results of the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) Examination 2026 will be declared on March 21 at 5:00 pm. The announcement will take place at the Conference Hall of the Board office in Porvorim.

The HSSC examinations were conducted between February 10 and February 27 across 20 centres in the state. A total of 17,283 candidates appeared under the regular category, including 8,203 boys and 9,080 girls. Stream-wise, Science recorded the highest number of students at 5,428, followed by Commerce with 5,313, Arts with 4,110, and Vocational with 2,432 candidates.

In addition, several candidates appeared under other categories, including private fresh and exempted students, as well as repeaters. The Board also noted that 1,282 students opted for NSQF subjects, offered across 34 higher secondary schools.

Schools will be able to access consolidated result sheets through their login from March 25 onwards, while students can check their results online on the official result portal.

Looking back, in 2025, a total of 17,684 students appeared for the exam, out of which 16,067 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 90.85%.

The Board has clarified that mark sheets will be distributed through authorised school representatives, and no individual requests from students or parents will be entertained.
