VASCO: Vasco Police have booked a case against builders for the death of a four-year-old boy who fell off from the sixth floor of the naval residential building, at Chicalim.
According to Police, they have registered an offence under section 304 (A) of Indian Penal Code (IPC) against the builders for their failure to take safety precautions while constructing the naval residential building due to which Atharv Taralkar died after falling from sixth floor.
The case has been registered following a complaint from the boy’s father Stanley George.
