The Panjim town police have registered a case against an unknown person who tried damaging an ATM machine in the wee hours of Wednesday-Thursday.
DySP Deu Benaulikar informed that they have sought CCTV footage from the respective bank.
Unconfirmed reports say that authorities had recently withdrawn security guard from the ATM counter, situated along the Atmaram Borkar road.
