The general procedure followed to penalise wrongly parked vehicles is to clamp the four-wheeler and to haul a two-wheeler onto a truck. However, it must be realised that the recovery truck may not be available at all time to haul the two-wheeler.
Hence, those who park the two-wheeler wrongly can get away with the violation. A two-wheeler that is parked in a four-wheeler parking lot occupies space thereby preventing a four-wheeler from being parked. So, the authorities must also clamp wrongly parked two-wheeler just like the four-wheeler is clamped.
