The Santa Cruz-Panjim highway roads have been broadened recently but it looks like the authorities failed to adhere to the safety norms. Several electric poles are in middle of the roads which pose a great risk to the motorists and human lives.
I fail to understand why the concerned authorities fail to execute the works in proper manner. With monsoons fast approaching, the visibility will be reduced in rains. These electric poles can result in loss of human lives. Who is responsible for this? Will the authorities concerned act in time and save lives?
