Pathetic condition of sports ground at Canacona

The ‘Dr Pundalik Gaitonde Mini Sports Complex’ at Chaudi in Canacona is in a really bad state as no maintenance nor has renovation been taken up yet since the foundation stone was laid in 2013.
No water supply: the tap is broken for the past 2-3 months with no water supply for the maintenance of the ground due to which the surface of the ground has formed muddy and dusty.
No proper lighting: there are two LED street lights facing the ground from the main lamp post but has been disconnected for reasons unknown, due to which we locals who use the ground for playing football mostly play in the dark.
The amount of dust that emits from the ground can b clearly seen from a mile due to no water sprinklers provided. Goa Football Development Council provides coaching to young talents at the ground every Monday. I wonder how those small kids play in the dust and instead of growing up to be a footballer they would instead suffer through lung and respiratory problems.
I request the concerned authorities to look into this at the earliest as this is the only ground that serves as a playing field for the people of Chaudi and nearby areas.
