It is good to know that the state of Goa is developing through construction groups and making their presence felt in this tourist belt of the Konkan region.
However, it is sad that these so-called construction companies either do very little or the Goa municipality does anything to provide approach roads to the new villas or buildings that are constructed.
For example, I’ve recently bought a flat in Pilerne -Porvorim (off CHOGM Road, near Chubby Cheeks-Green Valley area) and our approach road (approximately 100 metre stretch with only one villa and two buildings), needs to be revamped or redone immediately.
On behalf of the residents, I request the concerned authorities to empathize with our situation thoughtfully and get the job done right away.
