Seen in the picture are stray cattle occupying the road during night time at Talaulim village in Ponda. The location is near the Government Primary High School. The local Village Panchayat, as a competent authority, must initiate appropriate positive steps to restrict this ever-growing menace in the interest of innocent travellers and pedestrians.
Let us hope that the needful is done at the earliest on priority basis. No doubt, safety to precious human lives must be assured on a permanent basis.
