Traffic circle and traffic island are constructed to ensure smooth flow of traffic. In Goa, I have seen at various location vendors open stalls to sell their products.
The one photographed is located near Power House Circle at Aquem, Margao. I cannot understand which authority gave him the licence to open fruit stall near this junction.
General public tends to stop their vehicles and buy product from these stalls which results into traffic jam. Hope authorities wake up and clear this mess.
