While passing through the entrance stairway of the South Goa District Collectorate building, Margao to the RTO Department, it is an eyesore for the public that the corners walls are painted with the saliva of tobacco, gutka and pan, which is totally unhygienic and unsafe especially during the COVID-19 pandemic time.
This clearly shows that outsiders are involved in this menace and the authorities are out of their control to save and protect our Goa and to punish the law breakers. Request, the government to take interest to clear the menace and take serious actions on the persons involved. This attitude reflects of an uneducated person. Also request the RTO Department authorities to paint the passage with fresh new coat.
