CANACONA: Stung by recent criticism of the Bharatiya Janata Party Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on Saturday hit back and accused the Congress of relying on “inexperienced people who have been making vague noises.”
Addressing the inauguration function of the XIIIth Lokosthav-2013 at Amone-Poinguinim, Parrikar, allotted only some time for the Lokosthav and related issues, while much of his address was directed against the detractors of his government.
