PANJIM: The State‘s finest pre-monsoon property expo, Goa Property Expo-2014 was inaugurated Saturday by Sudhir Jade, Zonal Manager, Bank of India at the Kala Academy. Some of the State’s prominent builders are participating and presenting their latest projects for interested buyers to see and perhaps contemplate investing.
Some of the builders include the Naiknavare Group, Remus, Adwalpalkar Constructions, Highland Constructions and Aansav Reality and Infrastructure to name a few. The expo attracted considerable crowds and this has been a feature over the years with people interested in buying a new apartment looking forward to this event. Builders had special offers to enthuse interested buyers and given that easy banks loans are promised, they will hope some of their units will sell before the last visitor walks out. In a nod to evolving tastes in the State a Vastu expert was present at the expo to advise interested buyers. It is expected that given the fact that no entry fee is being charged and that there is ample parking space there could be a larger crowd at the venue today. This is the seventh edition of the expo.
