PONDA: The Sessions Court at Ponda on Wednesday recorded the deposition of Curti rape victim girl. She also identified the accused.
The incident took place on February 3, 2016 at Curti Ponda when the girl had gone to collect ration from fair price shop when accused Rakesh Gavandar (24), a resident of Bablyakhali Nagazar, gave her lift on the pretext of dropping her to her destination and took her to Curti Jungle and raped her.
