PONDA: Ponda Police on Tuesday registered an FIR against the in-charge, a doctor and others at the Goa Meat Complex (GMC), in connection with irregularities over certificates to attest the condition of animals to be slaughtered at the GMC.
According to Ponda Police, rules mandate that a certificate should be issued by a doctor from the veterinary hospital and another certificate from the doctor at GMC before the animal is slaughtered
