Caper travels brought in the first set of international tourists from Kyrgyzstan for the first time to Goa on Thursday. Passengers were given a traditional welcome by brass band and roses. The Flights from Kyrgyzstan will arrive in Goa once in 8 days for one month and may extend to March.
