During the ordinary meeting of the Mapusa Municipal Council held on Wednesday, the council resolved to complete various issues. The council resolved to set up underground cables in the new administrative building. A resolution was passed to allot the municipal premises above the KTC Bus Stand to the Public Works Department, Mapusa, on a rental agreement of 11 months as per the PWD rate after it receives valid occupancy and health certificates. The council has also decided to auction off shops. A special meeting to discuss the development of the Mapusa market will be convened soon.
