MARGAO: The Maina-Curtorim police took preventive action by arresting four individuals under Section 151 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC). The arrests were made in response to the alleged involvement of Yallappa Gudaddin, 27, Sarfaraz Shaikh, 24, Bala Apnawar, 25, and Hamid Jamuni, 18, all residents of Panchayat Kargil, in creating a nuisance.
PSI Praful Giri reported that the four individuals were engaged in disruptive behavior, prompting their arrest. After being brought to the police station, the legal formalities were conducted and they were presented before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) in Margao. The four individuals were released after furnishing personal bonds.
