A free blood haemoglobin screening and personal hygiene awareness camp for women and schoolgirls was organised at Government High School, Netravali, in an effort to promote health awareness and encourage the early detection of anaemia.
The initiative was jointly organised by Yuva De Sateri Sports and Cultural Club, Xelvona, Curchorem, in association with Pruthvi Developers.

The camp focused on educating women and adolescent girls about the importance of maintaining good health and personal hygiene while also providing free haemoglobin testing to help identify cases of anaemia at an early stage.
Organisers said the programme was aimed at creating awareness about preventive healthcare and empowering participants with knowledge on nutrition, hygiene and overall well-being. The initiative also encouraged women and schoolgirls to undergo regular health check-ups to ensure timely diagnosis and treatment of health issues.
The organisers expressed hope that such community-driven health initiatives would contribute to improving awareness and promoting healthier lifestyles among women and adolescents in rural areas.
