Vijai alleged that the Government is murdering democracy by holding a one-day session.

He said, “The deaths due to COVID-19 which includes a 14-year-old is a definite matter of urgent public importance, which needs to be discussed”.

“The deaths due to COVID-19 pandemic in Goa and the Government has reduced the session from 3 weeks to just one-day because of COVID. The government has clearly said in the business that there is absolutely no discussion on the COVID-19” Vijai added.

“There are no discussions on major issues like the environmental degradation, pandemic and the economic state of Goa. The Government is by means of the one-day session murdering the democracy,” Vijai charged.
