Goa Becomes First State to Submit Eco-Sensitive Zone Plan: CM

Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has announced that Goa will be the first state in India to submit its eco-sensitive zone plan to the Central Government. Speaking at a public event, the CM said that the state government is working actively on developmental schemes that ensure inclusive growth.

“We are formulating housing schemes that will allow even people from the OBC and economically weaker sections to get pakka ghar in Goa,” Sawant said.

He further stated that Goa has become the first state to achieve 100% implementation of all centrally sponsored schemes, marking a milestone in administrative efficiency and public service delivery.
