Through the chat-based interface, citizens can apply for government services, track the status of their applications, download certificates and receipts, and submit feedback, making interactions with government departments quicker and more convenient.

The initiative was launched by Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant in the presence of IT Minister Rohan Khaunte and senior government officials.

According to the government, the AI chatbot is aimed at improving transparency, efficiency, and ease of living for citizens by providing faster and more accessible digital services. Following the beta phase, the chatbot is expected to be expanded across all government departments.

The launch marks another step in Goa’s digital transformation journey, strengthening the state’s push towards e-governance and citizen-centric service delivery.
