PANJIM: Japan East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths (JENESYS) has selected Eeshan Kanhaiya Vernekar from Electronics and Communication Department of National Institute of Technology Goa. This program is under the Japan-SAARC Network programme of people-to-people exchange and will be held in Japan from January 15-24. Eeshaan is one of the 16 students from various NITs and IITs across the country and the first from NIT Goa, to be selected for this programme. The tour programme envisages courtesy calls on local governments, industrial houses, exchange of opinion, workshops, panel discussions, interaction with peer groups etc.
