MARGAO: Jyoti Sandeep Naik of Varca complained to the Margao police that one Ansari Narangi, resident of Housing Board, Gogol, along with another person on a motorcycle, snatched her gold ornaments worth Rs 1 lakh at Vidya Nagar, Gogol.
Police have registered an offence of theft under sections 356, 379 read with 34 of IPC against Narangi and the unknown person travelling along with the accused. PSI G D Nalkar is investigating.
