PANJIM: The High Court of Bombay at Goa has directed the Bardez deputy collector to seal the Niyaaz restaurant situated along the CHOGM Road for not obtaining consent to operate from the Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB)
During the hearing, the court was informed that the deputy collector in accordance with the closure order had sealed the said restaurant while, electricity and water connection was also disconnected, last month. But the operator was found to be operating the restaurant by breaking the seal and also by making alternate arrangement for electricity and water supply.
