Executive members of the Jama Masjid, along with the President of the Anjuman Society, Imtiyaz Bepari, have lodged a formal complaint against Ashraph Pandiyal, Shaikh Aslam and Shaikh Javed, alleging abuse, threats and trespass outside the Masjid premises.
According to the complaint, tensions escalated when Javed allegedly attempted to open the Anjuman Society office, which is currently in the possession of Imtiyaz Bepari. The complainants have alleged that during the incident, the accused verbally abused and threatened members present near the Masjid.

Alleged Violation of High Court Order
The complaint further claims that the incident involved trespass and a violation of an order issued by the Hon’ble High Court. The matter is stated to have caused unrest in the area, raising concerns among those present.
It has also been alleged that Shaikh Aslam appeared to be in an intoxicated condition at the time. Given what the complainants described as his prior involvement in altercations, the situation reportedly became tense and sparked law and order concerns in the vicinity of the Masjid.
Demand for Strict Action
The complainants have urged authorities to take immediate and stringent action against the accused. They have specifically sought appropriate legal proceedings for the alleged trespass, threats and for allegedly creating a disturbance near the Masjid premises.
Police are expected to examine the complaint and initiate further inquiry into the matter.
