PANJIM: Karnataka witness Prof A K Gosain continued to evade important queries posed by the Goa counsel at the Mhadei Water Dispute Tribunal.
The cross examination of Gosain continued with Goa Advocate General Dattaprasad Lawande quizzing him further, as Sr Counsel Atmaram N S Nadkarni had to be present in the SC for an urgent matter.
Gosain was grilled regarding his partial study produced before the tribunal. Lawande said that the study is one-sided, unfair and in defiance of basic hydrologic principles. The witness again gave evasive answers as he could not answer specific questions.
The cross examination will continue on May 11.
