MARGAO (HR):?A train journey always delights little children and adults alike, particularly if it is on the beautiful picturesque route of Konkan Railway. Hence, as a humble gesture towards sprinkling a little joy in their life, Konkan Railway is providing a complimentary AC 3-tier journey to and fro Goa for about 70 Cancer affected children, who are undergoing treatment at Tata Memorial Centre, for the third consecutive year.
KRC Chief Public Relations Officer, Siddheshwar Telugu said the Konkan Railway will also be extending on-board hospitality to these children in the train to make their journey memorable.
The team will leave from CSTM station on November 18 by 0111 Konkankanya Express and will leave from Madgaon by 0112 Up Konkankanya Express on November 21. While in Goa, they will be taken to the famous tourist spots including various beautiful beaches, to enlighten their lives.
“With this small gesture, Konkan Railway prays for an early and speedy recovery of these Little Angels”, he added.
