MAPUSA: Art and Culture Minister Govind Gaude on Tuesday informed that the Art and Culture Department have identified land for Ravindra Bhavan project at Bardez and Pernem.

“Land adjacent to Bardez administrative building has been identified for Ravindra Bhavan. NOC’s for around 40,000 sq mts have been obtained. Around 75 per cent procedure is completed however the project needs to be discussed in the Assembly session since the identified land falls under agriculture zone”, Gaude said.
Gaude further informed that Directorate of Sports have handed over 29,000 sq mts land for Ravindra Bhavan in Pernem. “Land for Ravindra Bhavan in Pernem has been identified and around 29,000 sq mts land had been transferred to Art and Culture Department by the Directorate of Sports. Project planning is delayed due to COVID Pandemic”, Gaude said.
Gaude was addressing media during felicitation program of COVID warriors and front line warriors at Siolim.
