Locals of Tuem have once again raised a demand to fully open the
Rs 52 crore Tuem Government Hospital. They also demanded that problems at the
hospital such as those of transport and non-availability of doctors be solved.
Meanwhile, health Minister Vishwajit Rane visited the Casarvanem health centre
and was assured to fully start the Tuem Hospital soon. He also warned that action
will be taken against the staff of Tuem hospital who go home early.
