Businessmen Saurabh Luthra and Gaurav Luthra have filed fresh bail applications before the North Goa District and Sessions Court citing a change in circumstances following the filing of a chargesheet by Anjuna Police Station.
According to sources, the bail pleas are expected to come up for hearing on March 13 before the court.

The move comes after the Mapusa Additional Sessions Court had earlier dismissed the bail applications filed by the Luthra brothers.
The fresh applications have been submitted on the grounds that the chargesheet in the case has now been filed by the police, which the defence has cited as a significant development warranting reconsideration of their bail plea.
The case is currently under judicial consideration, with the court likely to take up the matter during the scheduled hearing on March 13.
