The Mapusa Additional Sessions Court has completed hearing arguments on the bail applications of Gangaram Mahale, Ashish Mahale, Akash Mahale, Nehal Mahale and Rishikesh Mahale, all of whom were arrested by Pernem Police for their alleged involvement in a gunfire incident related to sand extraction. The shooting had left two individuals injured.
After detailed submissions from both sides, the court has reserved its order, which is scheduled to be pronounced on December 4. Advocates Vinayak Porob and Michael Nazareth represented the accused during the proceedings.
