Merces boy goes missing

A 12-year-old boy from Merces has been reported missing after he attended school on Thursday.
In a police complaint, Hanuman Jamadar stated that his son, Sagar, who is studying at a Marathi medium school at Merces, was last seen at the school.
Sagar had reportedly told his sister to take his school bag back home and that he would return home later.
But when Sagar did not reach home till evening, his parents got worried and Hanuman reported the matter to the Old Goa police.
Old Goa Police has issued a search notice to all police stations in and around the State to be on the lookout for the missing boy.
