MARGAO: The Municipal Employees Union has written letter to all the civic bodies highlighting the breach of settlements and disrespect to labour legislations and also non-implementation of agreements.
The Association has set a 15-day deadline for settling labour issues including 6th and 7th Pay implementation or face a pan state action.
The notice has been served on Margao, Vasco, Mapusa, Curchorem, Sanguem, Ponda, Quepem, Canacona Cuncolim, Sanquelim, Bicholim and Valpoi Municipalities and also to the Directorate of Municipal Administration, Chief Secretary and Finance secretary of Goa.
