Nadkarni appointed to appear on Goa’s behalf in sensitive matters

PANJIM: The State government on Monday officially appointed
former Advocate General Atmaram Nadkarni to continue to appear on behalf of the
State in highly sensitive matters like mining and other important cases before
the Supreme Court in Delhi and National Green Tribunal in Pune.
