A senior EOC officer said Narvekar has been summoned twice and he replied to one saying he has been admitted in a hospital at Mumbai. “We will issue him further summons,” the officer said.
Meanwhile, the bail granted by JMFC Court will be challenged in an upper court, a senior officer of EOC said on Tuesday. The officer said that within a week the bail will be challenged in the appropriate court. EOC had arrested three officials including Chetan Dessai, Vinod Phadke and Akbar Mulla.
