MARGAO: Denied funds under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee scheme for want of utilisation of the sanctioned amount, the District Rural Development Agency has embarked on an exercise to seek return of unspent funds amounting to Rs 65 lakh from the panchayats spread across South Goa.
