MARGAO: Six of the seven members of the Paroda Panchayat have served a notice of no confidence against Sarpanch Inacio Teresa.
The notice served to the BDO accuses Inacio of not taking the members into confidence while planning for the development of the village. They also accused the sarpanch of not implementing resolutions adopted by the panchayat members in the notice issued under Section 51 of the Panchayat Raj Act.

The six panchayat members, who have signed the no confidence notice, are former sarpanch Deepak Kharangate, Silvester Dias, Alenceya Carvalho, Rupali Gaonkar, John Fernandes and Sarita Fernandes.
