North Goa DM Bans Processions and Public Gatherings During Goa Assembly Session From Jan 12–16

The District Magistrate (DM) of North Goa has issued an order prohibiting processions, assemblies, morchas and public gatherings during the Twelfth Session of the Eighth Legislative Assembly of the State of Goa, scheduled to be held from January 12 to January 16, 2026.

The restrictions have been imposed to maintain law and order and ensure the smooth conduct of the Assembly session. The prohibitory orders will remain in force for the entire duration of the session.
