North Goa Fast-Track Court Acquits 19-Year-Old in Rape, Intimidation Case

The North Goa Special Fast-Track Court has acquitted a 19-year-old man of charges of rape and criminal intimidation after the complainant did not support the prosecution’s allegations during the trial.

The court examined the evidence presented in the case and noted that the complainant did not substantiate the allegations against the accused while giving evidence.
