Goa Crime Branch has arrested a 24-year-old Odisha native after he was allegedly caught using a 17-year-old boy to transport suspected ganja at the Interstate Bus Terminal in Mapusa. During a late-Friday raid, police seized around 10.754 kg of suspected ganja, valued at approximately ₹10.5 lakh.
According to Crime Branch officials, the suspected contraband was concealed inside a shoulder bag and a hand trolley. Police alleged that the accused, identified as Gokula, 24, had used the minor to carry or supply the suspected narcotic substance.

The accused has been booked under the NDPS Act, while the juvenile was remanded to Apna Ghar. Police said further investigation is underway to establish the circumstances surrounding the alleged transportation and identify any other persons involved.
