The protest disrupted proceedings as members insisted the government respond to concerns linked to local issues. Marshals were seen intervening to prevent further escalation. Opposition leaders accused the government of ignoring public grievances, while the treasury benches urged calm and asked members to return to their seats so the House could function smoothly.
