The Ponda police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) against two individuals, identified as Janavi and Rajesh, for allegedly cheating a resident of Shiroda out of ₹3.9 lakh.
According to police, the accused lured the victim by promising high returns through cryptocurrency trading investments. After collecting the money, they failed to deliver any profits or return the invested amount.
